The Hotel’s restaurant, The Black Rooster, is now led by Executive Chef Marcus Blackstone. Chef Marcus has added some great new menu items which include, Salmon Lieblich, Grilled Black Angus Ribeye, Lemon Pecan Trout, Chicken Alla Napoletana, Black Jack Filet, Grilled Pork Tenderloin, and Carolina Crabcakes. Chef Marcus is also offering weekly lunch and dinner features. In addition to our new menu we are offering more choices to our restaurant and lounge beverage list which will allow for more food pairings but we will be keeping our most popular wines that reflect some great new wineries, varietals, and vintages. . A children’s menu is always available.
